Nikolaos Giannakis – Research Data Scientist

Nikolaos is a specialist in the analysis and integration of multi-omics datasets, including bulk RNA-seq, single-cell RNA-seq, ATAC-seq and ChIP-seq. He has post-doctoral experience in developing reproducible data analysis procedures and applying statistical and computational frameworks to uncover biological insights. He is skilled in data analysis & visualisation, with a record of collaborative research across cancer, immunology and inflammation. Christelle Robert – Bioinformatics Research Scientist

Christelle is a computational biologist and bioinformatician with extensive postdoctoral experience in livestock and human biomedical research. She specialises in large-scale omics data analysis and bespoke pipeline development to advance translational research. Her biomedical work to date spans cancer genomics and cardiovascular disease, with a focus on biomarker discovery and precision medicine through liquid biopsy. Christelle provides bioinformatics expertise for competitive grant applications, from experimental design and analytical work plan development to successful execution.
