Cross Centre Activities

The British Heart Foundation funds 3 Centres:

Edinburgh-led Centre for Vascular Regeneration, Imperial-led Cardiovascular Regenerative Medicine Centre, and Oxbridge-led Centre for Regenerative Medicine

As part of its Mending Broken Hearts campaign, the British Heart Foundation funds 3 Centres:

A joint symposium of the 3 Centres of Regenerative Medicine is held annually, enabling cross-centre collaboration. The British Heart Foundation Centre Heads, Principal Investigators, and other researchers (including Post Docs and PhD students) of the Edinburgh-led, Oxbridge-led and Imperial-led British Heart Foundation Centres of Regenerative Medicine meet together with representatives from the British Heart Foundation and the Scientific Advisory Board to share and discuss research outputs.

The last Joint Regenerative Medicine Centres Symposium was hosted at St Anne’s College, Oxford  on 18 June 2019.
