Would you be interested in taking part in a clinical study being conducted at the University of Edinburgh? Image We are looking for healthy male and female healthy volunteers who are either normal weight or obese, aged between 18 and 40 years, and not on any regular medications to help with our research. This study is testing how brown fat (a special type of fat in our body which makes heat) is controlled. Participation will involve attending the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh on 2-3 occasions. Volunteers will be compensated for their time (£100-200) upon completion of the study.
