Training on lightcycler use Image The qPCR Instruments in the CVS are Roche LightCyclers 480. We have two machines which are medium-to-high-throughput PCR platforms that provide various methods for gene detection, gene expression analysis, genetic variation analysis, and array data validation. Please arrange an induction with CVS Lab Management (cvs.lab.management@ed.ac.uk) if you would like to use this equipment.
