Information about the TC induction process If your Project Safe System of Work or Visitors Risk Assessment indicates that you will be culturing cells, the following is the procedure to start working in the CVS TC rooms: Watch the training videos and read the information below Introduction to Cell Culture Aseptic Technique Cell Culture Lab Safety How to use safety cabinets Read the relevant risk assessments and update your RA signature sheet. Please complete the TC form Once we have received your form and updated RA signature sheet, we will invite you for an induction for the relevant TC suite. After the induction and before access is given to PPMS, you will be required to complete a quiz and an assessment. For the assessment, when you are ready to start work independently for the first time, please arrange a time and date with a CVS TC Assessor who will observe you working for the first time to check on your technique. Please contact CVS Lab Management to book the hood for your assessment.
