Information on the research interests, projects, and members of John Mullins's Research Group. Professor John Mullins Personal Chair of Molecular Physiology Research My research focusses on the molecular and cellular mechanisms that regulate blood pressure. We use molecular, cellular and in vivo tools, including state-of-the-art imaging and genetic techniques to understand how key genes work, to dissect pathways through which they operate, and to understand the function of specialized cells that secrete hormones and control fluid and salt balance.
