Training Record

You are expected to keep records of when your new start becomes competent in a technique. The Health and Safety Executive can ask for this information at any time.

To aid you, we have generated a CVS training record template. Please ask your new start to record their training and send the form to CVS.Lab.Access@ed.ac.uk
